Important: EdgeVisor is a research and analytics tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice. All trading decisions are yours alone.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EdgeVisor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Service description

EdgeVisor provides AI-powered analytics for prediction markets, including:

Market analysis and mispricing detection
Multi-analyst research summaries
Expected value and Kelly criterion calculators
Historical track record and calibration data
API access for programmatic market data retrieval

The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activities.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API, without written permission.
Resell or redistribute Service data without authorization.
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content, algorithms, models, and software comprising the Service are owned by EdgeVisor or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our explicit written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., watchlist names, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer and no financial advice

EdgeVisor is a research tool for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The analyses, predictions, and recommendations presented by the Service are generated by automated models and should not be construed as professional financial guidance.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis.
Past performance and track record data do not guarantee future results.
Prediction market trading involves significant financial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Always conduct your own research and consider consulting a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

EdgeVisor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket, Kalshi, Preddy.trade, or any other prediction market platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeVisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any unauthorized access to your account, or any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EdgeVisor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email or notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
